Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that participating in running activities involves risks, including but not limited to injuries, falls, and accidents. I understand that these risks can arise from my own actions, the actions of others, and the conditions of the course.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the running team, I hereby release and hold harmless Zone 2 Sports, its coaches, organizers, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, even if caused by negligence.
Medical Consent
I certify that I am in good health and capable of participating in running activities. In case of an emergency, I authorize the team to seek medical treatment on my behalf.
Agreement to Terms
I have read this waiver and understand its contents. I agree to its terms and conditions.
Photo and Video Release Waiver
I, the undersigned, grant Zone 2 Sports the right to take and use photographs and videos of me during events, practices, and related activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
No Compensation
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image or likeness.

Respect for Coaches and Fellow Athletes
Treat coaches, fellow runners, and support staff with respect at all times. Listen attentively during briefings and follow instructions provided by the coaches.
Punctuality and Commitment
Arrive on time for all training sessions. Consistency is key—commit to attending sessions regularly to improve your performance.
Safety First
Follow safety protocols, including warm-up and cool-down routines. Inform the coach immediately if you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury. Wear appropriate running gear to ensure comfort and safety during sessions.
Sportsmanship and Team Spirit
Encourage and support fellow teammates. Avoid negative remarks and criticism that may affect the morale of others.
Communication and Updates
Stay informed by following announcements regarding training schedules.
Clean and Responsible Environment
Dispose of trash properly and respect public and private property during outdoor runs.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the team.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Constructive feedback is welcome to improve the overall training experience. Share any concerns or suggestions with the coaching team.
